However, if you wish to return an item, we have established a clear and fair return policy in accordance with Tunisian law and best business practices.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-calendar-day period from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be new, unused, and in perfect condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, complete and intact.
- Customized, sterile, opened, or special-order products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Procedure
- Contact us by email at commercial@ahdenta.tn to notify us of your return request.
- Our team will provide you with the return address and a return form to include in your package.
- Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us of your intention to return it.
👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or a defective product upon delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the bank transfer for the original purchase (excluding initial shipping costs).
Defective Product or Order Error
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at commercial@ahdenta.tn.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a quick solution, either a replacement or a full refund.
Return Address
The complete return address will be provided to you by email once your return request has been validated.
